AdBlue Solution & System Faults

An AdBlue solution electronically disables your vehicle's AdBlue system via ECU recalibration — eliminating warning lights, sensor faults, costly fluid refills, and the dreaded 'no start' lockout permanently.

What is an AdBlue Solution?

An AdBlue solution is the process of electronically disabling a vehicle's AdBlue system, which uses a urea-based diesel exhaust fluid to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions. The solution involves a software recalibration of the engine's ECU to disable the system's sensors and warning lights, eliminating the need for AdBlue refills and preventing performance issues or costly repairs.

AdBlue ECU Remap

A professional remap involves recalibrating the engine's Electronic Control Unit (ECU) to turn off the AdBlue system entirely. The original file is always saved so the process can be reversed if required.

Sensor Disabling

The process deactivates all AdBlue-related sensors, preventing them from sending false signals or fault codes to the ECU. This eliminates NOx sensor failures, pump faults, injector errors, and urea quality warnings.

Fault Code & Warning Light Elimination

All AdBlue-related fault codes and warning lights on the dashboard are permanently removed. No more amber lights, countdown timers, or dealer visits for AdBlue faults.

No More Refills

With the system disabled, there is no longer a need for AdBlue fluid refills — saving money on costly fluid and ongoing maintenance.

"No Start Mode" Prevention

It prevents the vehicle from entering "no start mode," which immobilises the vehicle after a critical AdBlue system failure. This is one of the most common and costly consequences of an AdBlue fault left unresolved.
